In Their Own Words…

“Dear Ryan…..I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for your superb help in assisting me through the VA Disability process. You helped me navigate some uncharted waters with a positive outcome. No detail was too small, no question too insignificant. It meant a lot to me to know that I could pick up the phone and call you at any time and my questions and concerns would be addressed. And, the regular contact you provided me with updates and information was so helpful. I never had to wonder if I was doing everything that needed to be done, you just saw to it………The folks at Alpha are great and you’re one of the best advocates I could have had. I am forever in your debt. If there’s ever anything I can do for you, please let me know. I would definitely recommend Alpha to all other veterans in my situation. Sincerely, Myron” 10/30

“I had the pleasure of working with David who was my rep. and when I tell you he always had time for me and my questions and was a pleasant gentlemen to work with. While my case was a difficult one it made fill like I was number one and as a learning experience I found just how hard these cases where, but David always encouraged me to stay focused, and the he was there to assist me. I MEAN HE WAS A GOD SEND TO ME AND I NEVER COULD HAVE DID IT WITHOUT HIM. MY GOD BLESS AND KEEP YOU AND YOUR FAMILY!” - Barbara 06/13

“Alpha has to be the finest company helping vets get what they fought and served for.” – George 03/13

“Mr. Vaughn,  As per our conversation 22MAR13, I would like to greatly thank you and your organization for helping me to get the compensation that my family and I feel that we deserve. I will definitely reccommend your organization to my fellow veterans. After over 2 years of fighting with VA, I am comfortable with my rating. Thank you, and God bless you and your organization.” - Bruce 03/13

“Back in ‘86 I finally got some kind of a disability but it wasn’t right and I kept trying to increase it but they were giving me a run around for so long. I wish I had known about you guys a lot sooner because I was considering using an attorney to do this because I was told you could do this by yourself or you could get an attorney and I was back and forth. At that period of time when I heard a vet tell me how his outcome was I said ‘listen, let me go in and do what I’ve got to do. I’m real glad. Mr Kachevsky was a great guy and he did the best for me and I’m really glad I took you guys on. As I said before, From June to now, January 2013 is quick is quick and I’m very, very happy with the results. “ – Gerald Jacobs – 01/13

“I wish every serviceman/ servicewoman could experience the formal, dedicated and caring effort that Stephen put forth to help someone that he had never met. God Bless Alpha. You don’t have to take ‘no’ for an answer.” –Larry

“Mr. Jim…..I want to thank you and your staff/ fellow co-workers. I also, want to apologize for having doubts recently and in the past. You and your company Alpha Vets have done more on my case/appeal than anyone else. I just received an increase in my disability for my back condition. I am now at 60% combined total! Thank You, Thank You. Smiles” – Kelly

I am a client of Alpha and have been for about a year now, I have concerns that I have had 3 advocates now, with the newest advocate, that has only been with your company for 6 months, I feel uneasy first that I am now on my third advocate and now my new advocate, that has only 6 months working for Alpha and Us Veterans on our appeals, I need to know does she have the necessary knowledge to fight my claim with Veterans Affairs, and what if your company keeps changing advocates on me, what if we are ready to fight the appeal and your company changes advocates again on me, would they have the time to review my case and have the knowledge of my case to fight it. Thanks

    Edward,

I have asked the Assistant Director to contact you regarding your post. He has tried to called you twice this morning and has left a message. I can understand your concerns but I can assure you we will not drop the ball on your claims. Although, Christy has been with us a short time she has completed an extensive training program and continues to takes part in our weekly training. She is monitored by an experienced Team Lead who reports directly to the Director. We have in the past had trouble with employees leaving but I believe we have rectified that. I hope this puts your mind at ease.

i just started working with alpha, with a mr burns, i tried countlessly on trying to get an increase for my disability. I have 4 major conditions, but the big one is that i broke my back, when a f-14 blew me off a ladder in 1983, i am only reciving 10% and i am totaly disabled these days, i have alot of confidence in this organazation, i am sure it will take another year or 2 as nothing is fast these days, but i feel i am working wth a caring, compasinate human being

    Hi Mark,

I want to assure you that you are in good hands with your current Advocate. I know the process can be frustrating, but please hang in there. Your Advocate is working hard on getting you the benefits you deserve. Your Advoacate has been trying to reach you on multiple occassions, so please kindly return is call. As I am sure you know, the VA’s backlog is quite extensive and each regional office is different, so the time of which a case can be determine fluctuates from person to person. Please contact your Advocate with any questions you may have going forward. Good luck.

I hired Alpha Disability Advocates to file my disability claim with the Department of Veterans Affairs. My Advocate (Robert Lemly) provided nothing short of outstanding service. His superior knowledge of the entire process combined with his dedication resulted in my claim being processed in a timely manner with total satisfaction. I am sure that without his efforts my claim would have never been completed. In short Robert got me the benefits I was entitled to on the first submission with no undue delays and not appeal necessary. A truly professional and outstanding effort on his part and a totally grateful client on my part. Thank you so much.
